Safrah is operated by Safrati Almathaliyah Establishment (مؤسسة سفره المثاليه), Commercial Registration No. 7054103002, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Safrah is a marketplace platform that connects travellers with independent drivers, hotels, and trip-program providers in Georgia. **Safrah is not a travel agency or tour operator** — all transport, accommodation, and tour services are performed by the independent providers listed on the platform. Bookings and payment go directly to those providers; Safrah's role is limited to introducing the parties and processing payment on the provider's behalf.

You must be 18+ to book a trip. By using Safrah you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

Prices are quoted in USD. Booking is split into two payments: a **deposit of 10% of the trip total (minimum $5) is charged to your card at checkout**, and the remaining balance is paid **in cash directly to the driver on the trip day**. The deposit is Safrah's commission for the introduction and is retained by Safrah; it is not credited to the driver. Cards are charged in Saudi riyals (SAR) by our payment processor, PayMob, at the exchange rate shown to you before you confirm; your bank may apply its own conversion fee. Free cancellation applies up to 48 hours before pickup unless the driver's profile states otherwise. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Safrah is a technology platform. Transport is performed by an independent driver, not Safrah. We verify drivers' licenses, insurance, and identity, and remove drivers who breach our standards.

You agree not to misuse the platform — impersonation, harassment of drivers, chargebacks without genuine cause, or attempts to bypass the platform after a match has been made.

Drivers carry their own vehicle insurance. Travel insurance for personal injury and trip-interruption is the traveler's responsibility. Safrah's liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking that gave rise to the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with disputes resolved in the courts of Jeddah.
